Personal Data Processed and Purposes

Identity and contact details (name, email, phone) and the content of your request, shared via our contact/quote forms, email, phone or WhatsApp, are processed to respond to you, prepare quotes, enter into a contract and communicate with you.

Collection Method and Legal Basis

Data is collected electronically or verbally via the web form, email, phone and WhatsApp, and processed on the legal bases of KVKK art. 5/2-c (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest of the data controller).

Transfers

Your data may be shared, in line with KVKK arts. 8 and 9, with Cloudflare Inc. (hosting/CDN, abroad), our email service provider and — only if you message us on WhatsApp — Meta Platforms (WhatsApp). Embedded YouTube and Google Maps content connects to those providers only when loaded.

Retention

Data is kept for the statutory limitation periods after your request is concluded, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your Rights (KVKK art. 11)

You may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn the third parties it was transferred to, and exercise your other rights.
